This piece came to me last week in honor of support for Ukraine and those currently displaced, fighting or trying to protect their lives and sovereignty during this time. May this track be used as a vessel for your care, concern, spinning thoughts, a meditation or a container to release your sense of helplessness if that is haunting you.
